I was referred to MSVW by my therapist and it changed the way I felt about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Besides the comforting presence of other moms that were on the group, the information and the advice I got made me feel like I could do this for the first time. The hosts of my groups have been very compassionate and made me feel supported even outside the virtual meetings. I had a lot of confidence and a much smoother experience that I would’ve had without MS.
